Introduction

Welcome to my hiking site!

At this point in my hiking adventures it is probably fair to say (at least to most climbers), that I haven't explored too many mountains. But for a guy living in the Ottawa Valley region of Ontario, where the highest nearby "mountains" don't even cross the 1000 meter mark, what do you really expect?

I have travelled to the west coast a few times now, so my explorations of higher peaks has finally begun! I hope that over the course of years, and in conjunction with my annual vacations, this site will progressively list higher and higher mountains. We shall see.
